Nature of the service
TIB Index provides a directory of healthcare practitioners, organizations and services, with discovery, communication, profile management and booking request tools where available.
The platform is not a healthcare provider or regulator. It does not issue licenses or diagnose conditions. For urgent care, contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare provider.
Information and verification
We review information using available workflows and sources. Licensing, employment, services and prices can change after review. Consult the source, status and date where shown and confirm important details with the relevant provider.
Verification applies to the information and scope reviewed. It does not guarantee treatment outcomes, verify an entire profile or imply government endorsement of the platform. Information submitted by a practitioner or center is not automatically verified.
Accounts and profile management
Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials. Managing a practitioner or center profile requires appropriate identity, authorization and access permissions.
Authorized profile owners can submit updates and develop content through available tools. Changes and documents may require review before publication or verification. Claiming a profile does not allow an owner to change verification findings or bypass review.
Booking requests and appointment confirmation
Submitting a request or receiving its reference does not confirm an appointment. The healthcare provider is responsible for accepting the request and confirming the time, availability, service details, prices and preparation requirements.
Notifications may be sent through email or WhatsApp depending on your supplied details and available channels. Provider acceptance of a message is not proof of delivery or reading. Contact the healthcare provider if confirmation is missing.
Discuss cancellations and changes with the provider through available routes and its policies. Closing or deleting a conversation does not cancel a request.
AI assistant use
The assistant supports directory searches, understanding options and preparing contact or booking requests. It can misunderstand a name, date or context. Review the summary and details before agreeing to submit a request.
It does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions or a guarantee of treatment suitability. Avoid sharing unnecessary data. The privacy policy applies to conversations.
Acceptable use and submitted content
Do not impersonate others, submit forged documents or malicious reports, send spam or attempt unauthorized access to data.
You must have the right to submit and publish content and respect others’ rights and privacy. You permit the platform to process and review it and display approved portions as needed for the service. This permission does not make private documents public.
We may restrict access or remove content to protect users, investigate misuse or address violations, subject to applicable requirements.
Commercial content and paid services
Advertising and commercial placement must be identified when offered. Payments do not confer verification or override professional sources.
Paid services are subject to pricing, scope, billing and cancellation terms presented before purchase or in the relevant agreement. This page does not create a purchase obligation or one refund policy for every service.
Errors and objections
Use a profile’s reporting option where available or the contact route for corrections and objections. Include the profile URL, an explanation and a public source where available, without unnecessary personal documents.
A report initiates review rather than automatically changing a profile. Clarification or further evidence may be requested before a decision.
Responsibilities and external links
Practitioners and organizations are responsible for the healthcare and services they provide. The platform supports information discovery and communication; it does not make medical decisions or provide treatment.
External links lead to independent sources and services. Linking does not establish a partnership or guarantee their content. Their own terms apply when you use their services.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the service and correct errors, but interruptions or delays may occur. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable rules.
