TIB Index is operated by IVOREK LLC, a Qatar-based company bringing together technology, marketing, training and advisory expertise.
This combination, alongside IVOREK’s longstanding relationships in Qatar’s healthcare sector, inspired the project: an organized discovery experience that places the accuracy and clarity of professional information at its heart.

IVOREK combines platform and software development with marketing, content and training expertise. Technology organizes information, communication makes it understandable, and training supports consistent practices for review and updates.
Together, these capabilities provide a strong foundation for a platform shaped around users, practitioners and healthcare organizations, combining accessible information with responsibility for its quality.
Practitioners and medical centers help keep profiles accurate
After their access is approved, practitioners can review and develop their profiles and submit updates to professional information. Authorized medical center representatives can review their organization’s profile, branches, services and contact details.
Direct participation by information owners helps identify changes and corrections. Managing a profile or supplying information does not automatically verify it: verification remains a separate process based on the information and available evidence.
An administrative team supporting detailed review
A dedicated administrative team follows profiles, updates and submitted documents, supporting source reviews and recording decisions through the established review workflows.
We focus on details that affect how a profile is understood, from professional identity and licensing to workplace and contact information. Where information needs clarification, review takes priority over assigning a verification label.
What does verified information mean?
Verification applies to the information reviewed and the scope of that review. A verified license does not verify every qualification or employment claim and does not guarantee treatment outcomes. Professional specialty and officially registered scope of practice may also be distinct descriptions.
We consult suitable regulatory and institutional sources according to the information, including Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health Department of Healthcare Professions for available licensing information. Refer to the verification status, source and date shown on a profile where those details are available.
Information can change after review, so updates and correction reports remain important. Linking to an official source does not imply government endorsement or a partnership with that source.
Corrections are a shared responsibility
Profiles with a reporting option allow you to flag incorrect information. A report supports a review; it does not automatically change published data.
Quality improves through contributions from profile owners, team reviews and user feedback. If the appropriate reporting option is unavailable, use the contact and corrections page.
Independent verification and a clear platform role
Profile management and marketing services do not confer verification status. Commercial or featured placement must be identified and remain separate from reviews of professional information.
TIB Index is an information and communication platform, not a healthcare provider or licensing authority. Its AI assistant supports discovery and request preparation, not diagnosis or a substitute for professional advice. Booking requests require confirmation from the healthcare provider.
